REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)
INSTRUCTION TO PROPOSERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village of Oxford, New York is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the purchase of one (1) used 2008 or newer street sweeper. The village is seeking a reliable, well-maintained machine to replace an aging unit and improve the efficiency of street maintenance operations. Vendors are invited to submit comprehensive proposals detailing their available equipment and qualifications.
Proposals will be received by the Village Clerk, Village of Oxford, until 2:00 P.M. on Friday September 26, 2025 at Oxford Village Hall, 20 Lafayette Park, Oxford, NY 13830. Copies of the RFP Documents will be available in the office of the Village Clerk located at 20 Lafayette Park, Oxford, NY 13830, as well as on this website.
Completed Proposal Form must be returned to the Village Clerk, 20 Lafayette Park, Oxford, NY 13830, marked: "RFP: Used Street Sweeper"

A Submitted bid will consist of:
- One original completed Bid Proposal Form, signed on behalf of Bidder with information for all blanks supplied, and a detailed listing of any exemptions taken by Bidder

INVITATION TO BID: VILLAGE OF OXFORD NY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village of Oxford is requesting bids for Fire Station renovations at the Village of Oxford Fire Station. Project Bids will be publicly opened on Tuesday, August 19th, 2025, at 2 PM at the Oxford Village Hall Village Hall located at 20 Lafayette Park, Oxford New York. Late Bids will be returned to the bidder, unopened.
